NOTE:
We are aware that every person who contacts us needs a counselling appointment or help. At the moment, however, our time capacities are exhausted. We are therefore unable to offer appointments to all new patients; the current waiting time is 4 to 5 months. In urgent exceptional cases, your GP can contact us (GP referral case) or give you a referral code that you can use to book an appointment with us at www.eterminservice.de.
We treat patients with health insurance coverage, private patients and also self-pay patients.

Due to large number of patients during working hours, we are rarely able to answer the phone in person. Therefore we have support by a digital voice assistant (German). You can reach it during regular consultation hours and additionally on Tuesdays and Fridays from 16:00 to 17:00.
We aim to answer your request within 1-2 working days.
